1．857/867气动薄膜执行机构 Pneumatic diaphragm actuator
Model 857 and 867 pneumatic diaphragm actuator adopts spring balance, react the pneumatic output signal from the valve positioner to the diaphragm. It decides the position of valve element according to the signal. The 0 position is set according to the spring’s decrement, stroke is determined by spring’s stiffness. There are positive and reverse action series actuators. There are different kinds of spring stiffness and stroke stopper. So it can be mounted on any control valves. The strong cast iron or cast steel structure makes it steady and keep it away from deformation due to over pressure. Surface spraying ensures better corrosive resistance. It can work normally at -50℃ temperature. The split block valve stem connecting device module ensures reliable work and easy installation. It can also avoid incorrect positioning.
Spring pressure range：A means 0.02MPa-0.1MPa; B means 0.04MPa-0.2MPa

2．ZHA/B 型精小型气动薄膜执行机构 Compact pneumatic diaphragm actuator
It has the features of small size and easy installation. The diaphragm is deep butterfly shape, which is made of high quality rubber. Change of active area is small. Within -40℃～+70℃ temperature range, it can work well. Spring adopts more connection type, which reduces the height. With regulating valve and sleeve valve, the unit can consist of pneumatic actuator, which can change the flow of fluid medium according to different control signal. Relatively pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level can be adjusted and meet to production automation requirement.

3．63000RA/F-W/S-N/S-R/L-1/2/3-Kn精小型角行程气动执行机构 Midget rotary stem motion actuator
63000RA series actuator is the unit which can turn the input gas pressure signal to 90o or 60o angular rotation, then output in torque form. The features are:
Adopts double piston type gears and rack structure, with high efficiency, small size and light weight.
Single air control adopts more spring-like structure, so the outer dimension is same as that of double air control, and spare parts are changeable.
When electric-magnetic control is required, magnetic valve can be installed on the surface of cylinder. It is unnecessary to connect hose.
Spring of single air control actuator is pre-pressed to the set position, then it is installed inside the cylinder cap. So it can be disassembled and assembled easily and safely.
Air cylinder is made of aluminum alloy and formed by drawing. Piston more direction structure, gears are processed preciously.
This series products are small dimension, high performance actuators. There are double air control and single air control. It will be suitable for adjusting and on-off by connecting with rotary stem motion control valve as well as other rotation work.

4．QZF型气动执行机构 Pneumatic actuator
QZF314/200 pneumatic actuator is the direct stroke actuator which consists of double action cylinder and YT-1000R (made in Korea) positioner. Manual operation device is available. Using compressed air as power, it receives signals from control element or 4-20mA DC signals manually set and transform the signals to opposite direct displacement. So water flow can be adjusted and floating slot device can be controlled.

5．ZJM型气动执行机构 ZJM pneumatic actuator
ZJM pneumatic actuator is manufactured according to imported technology of Fuji company in Japan. It is better than any other pneumatic long stroke actuators from other manufacturers in China. ZJM-III is the new product which is improved based on ZJM-II. It receives signals from control element or 4-20mA DC signals and transforms the signals to opposite diversion displacement, to control baffles, valves and etc. The technology is advance and working is safe and reliable. This product has three off self-locking and position keeping device. When power off or air supply off or signal off, output shaft can be locked on its original position.

6．QZ型气动执行机构 QZ pneumatic actuator
QZ pneumatic actuator is 90o rotary stem motion driven device which is developed based on imported technology of OKM company in Japan. Using dry and clean compressed air as power, it receives signals from control element or 4-20mA DC signals (or 0.02-0.1Mpa air signal) and transforms the signals to opposite diversion displacement, so as to drive butterfly valve, ball valve or other rotary valves. This series product has compact structure, perfect surface. It is easy to be operated and has more functions. Although size is small, output torque is high. It can be operated on working site or from long distance. It can be controlled individually or centralized. So it is an ideal driving unit.
